Zoo's with the most species of one genera/animal family ?

They’re also the most common here, but getting ‘full sets’ of random taxa is hardly going to be top of Walsrode’s priorities, even though some may find it satisfying in a way. I don’t believe any US zoos have or have had (recently) Dwarf cassowaries but would love to be wrong.
 
Joburg Zoo keeps 5 species of Tragelaphus (Spiral-horned bovines):
- Bushbuck, Cape and Harnessed (Tragelaphus scriptus sylvaticus/ornatus)
- Greater Kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros)
- Nyala (Tragelaphus angasii)
- Sitatunga (Tragelaphus spekii)
- Mountain Bongo (Tragelaphus eurycerus isaaci)

Does any zoo keep more?

Tanganyika’s lions, jaguars, and leopards are all off show, oddly.

Hodenhagen safari-park and Zoo dvur kralove both keep six, Eastern bongo, Southern lesser kudu, Common eland, Western sitatunga, Greater kudu and Nyala.

Oh yes, I had forgotten about Eland! Johannesburg too keeps Eland, which brings it's total to six, matched with Dvur and Hodenhagen.
Up until 2015 Joburg had also kept Giant Eland, what a loss!

The San Diego Zoo Safari Park also keeps six — giant eland, common eland, bongo, greater kudu, lowland nyala, and sitatunga, although the few remaining giant eland are behind-the-scenes.

Someone I know who's heavily invested in turtles here in Switzerland just came back from a trip to Corsica, the numbers he brought back are 3000 individuals from 150 species.
Most of the interesting species are probably off-show as very few people will actually have interest in checking them all out.
 
I believe that at family level, no zoo can beat Slimbridge with 103 species of geese and ducks Anatidae.
 
Birds of Eden houses 16 species in the Turaco family, with two subspecies of Guinea Turaco.
I don't think this will easily be surpassed, but surprise me haha.

It also houses ±60 species of parrot, but I feel like this can be broken easily.

What zoo has the most species of penguin? In Europe I think it must be Faunia Madrid? They have 7 species (Adelie, Chinstrap, Humboldt, King, Magellanic, Gentoo, and Southern Rockhopper)

The turacos are a record, highest we've got in Europe is 8 I believe.

As for the parrots, Loro Parque has around 330 parrot taxa, Walsrode has around 90, Pafos has around 75 or so, Bosovice should have around 60 or so as well. Pretty sure nowhere in the US comes close to LP or even Walsrode and Pafos for that matter.

At some point (2014-2017ish), Safaripark Beekse Bergen in the Netherlands also kept five species; eland, nyala, sitatunga, lesser kudu, greater kudu. Only the first three are still kept currently
