Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge has 6 savannas, but only two are visible to the average public visitor (the others require you to book specific rooms to see). Signage is essentially nonexistent here, I have a full list for one of the two public savannas but for the other I can only list what I saw from the one public viewing area.

Public Savannas
1. (the one I have a full list for) Hatmann's Mountain Zebra, Roan Antelope, Common Eland, Addax, Gray Crowned Crane, Marabou Stork, Egyptian Goose, Impala, Generic Giraffe, Generic x Masai Giraffe hybrid, Common Wildebeest, Domestic Cattle
2. Impala, Hartmann's Mountain Zebra, Impala, Lesser Kudu, Pink-backed Pelican, Common Wildebeest, Generic Giraffe

off-exhibit (not a full list)
Okapi
Springbok
Steenbok
Red River Hog

Unsure of location, but I know they have them
Radiated Tortoise
Blue Crane
Common Ostrich

Not seeing steenbok must hurt :( That's extremely good information to know, about only two of the areas being visible if you aren't staying there.

I did a nighttime safari tour which took me to a couple of the non-public savannas (including the one with Steenbok) and I still missed them :(. They hide in the thick brush.

Dang! I am going there this weekend but my son is still too young to do the night time safari (8 years and up). We're staying in Jambo house, so I don't think we will see the Okapi.

How much of the savanna are you actually allowed to walk around?

The "Savannah 1" you labeled can also be visible from near the pool area, along with an exhibit for Greater Flamingoes.

There are actually 4 savannas, Arusha, Uzima, Sunset, and Pembe. Pembe is only viewable to Kidani Village guests and those using the Kidani Village swimming pool. The other three savannas are publicly viewable from various locations around the lodge.

For reference:

Getting to Know the Savannas of Animal Kingdom Villas
I couldn't find the viewpoint for Uzima, although I knew the savanna existed, so I assumed it was not visible to guests. There are 6 savannas according to the night safari driver, it's possible the remaining two are never visible, even to guests.

If you look on Google Earth, there are only 4 savannas. As has been mentioned earlier, the access to Uzima is via the pool area.

Maybe the other two savannas only appear to that driver when he is off work and enjoying certain recreational activities that give him visions of savannas full of pink elephants, heffalumps, woozles, and who knows what else...

Or maybe he was referencing the two savannas located on Disney's Animal Kingdom's Safaris ride? Altogether Disney has six savannas?

Technically there seems to be 6 savannas at DAK Lodge itself. Uzima and Pemba have fences dividing them into two savanna each. I am not sure why they do this, but you can see it on Google earth if you look close enough.

Pemba fence coordinates: 28.356307482828676, -81.60502279435391
Uzima fence coordinates: 28.3535836373571, -81.60048113469026

Radiated Tortoise
I visited the lodge on March 2nd of this year (didn't stay, just visited for a day) and spotted the radiated tortoise. It has an enclosure to itself, immediately outside the window as you approach Sanaa. I think it's technically a fenced off portion of the first savanna you listed.

Also, at least when I visited, the second savanna also had roan antelope (in addition to the first one) and waterbuck.

Too bad they don't have the Somalis anymore. Enjoyed seeing them in a mix species enclosure.

Here is an up-to-date PDF of the Animal Kingdom Lodge Wildlife Spotting Guide.

https://allears.net/wp-content/uplo...mal-kingdom-lodge-wildlife-spotting-guide.pdf

It's from AllEars's information page about the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge — Deluxe Resort — Walt Disney World
Nice information!

Side note, I loath the way All Ears posts their news articles with click bait title format. That's not relevant to the Lodge information, however.

Is it true that Animal Kingdom Lodge regained Somali Wild Asses? Because, if not, their inclusion in the spotting guide is clearly incorrect.

[Edit] The same reasons apply for the Scimitar-Horned Oryx and Sitatunga.
