They do not have any of the 3 sisters anymore. One of them, Chira, passed away last year. Another, Izzy, is at Baton Rouge Zoo, and the last, Batari, was just recently sent to Tulsa Zoo.

He was born at and moved from the Virginia Zoo where he was publicly known as Osceola. His littermate One/Stubbley recently moved to the Naples Zoo in Florida where he will apparently be given a new name by a donor.
Cincinnati has released footage of Jin the Malayan tiger exploring her exhibit. Jin moved there from the Tulsa Zoo.

On January 11th, the zoo announced they have acquired a (1.0) domestic rabbit (breed not specified) named Harold, which will be a part of the Blakely's Barnyard Bonanza show. The facility has already acquired other rabbits as well.

The zoo’s first flamingo chick of the year hatched on July 25th: Cincinnati Zoo on Instagram: "The first flamingo chick of the year has hatched! This little one hatched on July 25. Flamingo chicks are white and grey when they hatch. They turn pink when they are about 2 years old."
On July 28th, it was announced that (2.0) cheetahs were transferred to the Caldwell Zoo in Texas.

The Tiger is named Batari and she is a female not a male.
Juniper’s arrival from the Smithsonian National Zoo was only first reported in June this year, so no not yet. It was noted Juniper was transferred for breeding purposes, so I’d expect the arrival of a mate either later this year or early next year.
A Cape Barren Goose has been moved from Wings of the World to the former Mueller's Grey Gibbon island in Jungle Trails.

Faru the Black Rhino will be moving to another facility for breeding purposes, sometime in the next few months. It does not say where he is going or who he will be breeding with.
Sadly due to human interactions, there's no shortage of both injured and orphaned manatees.
It's great there's facilities like Cincinnati that support them in their recovery and rehabilitation however. They do amazing work.
