Not unless you can prove causalityAnd given I’ve already shown that posts involving megafauna got significantly more likes than those that don’t, it is quite clear that if I can prove that zoos with more followers (and therefore more likes on each post) get more visitors, we can safely say beyond reasonable doubt that ABC animals bring in the visitors via social media likes.
How does one show a connection between activity on social media and visits BY THOSE SAME PEOPLE to a zoo?
And anyway, does any of this matter?
Lots of debate but to what end?
