Based on my visit in August (review in the works) and browsing the gallery afterward as well as checking @geomorph 's list and the news thread, here is an incomplete list of species formerly held at the Denver Zoo:

It is possible one of the langur species listed is still at the zoo as one habitat was labelled a 'Gibbon-Langur Habitat' but the animals were off-display and there was no detailed signage. I assume the buff-cheeked gibbons were off-display there; a keeper did clarify they were not white-cheeked.

I may be incorrect about the placement of the Cheetah.
 
Arctic Fox was also kept in Northern Shores, and so were Harbor Seals.
Ooh, and African Crested Porcupines were kept with the banded mongeese.
Also, Indian(?) Flying Foxes in Toyota Elephant Passage.
One more: Bat-eared Foxes were also kept in the Feline House.

Yes, you are incorrect about the placement of the cheetah.
The zoo still has Keas (still on map, slated for Oceania Exhibit), Sloths (moved to Tropical Discovery), Cassowaries (slated for Oceania exhibit, may be bts), and Cinereous Vultures (kept at Pachyderm House).

I did not include the animals slated to come back in Oceania intentionally, but you are correct that I forgot to remove the sloths when running off geomorph's list as I forgot they had been in Bird World in the first place.

Thank you for clarifying about the Cheetah. Were they at the Feline Building or always at the hoofstock yards?

I think the porcupine is still at the zoo in the former Coati exhibit; but it may have been a different species as I forgot to photograph that signage. I was suspicious about the harbor seals as the individual in their exhibit looked like a sea lion and had ears, but there was only signage for California sea lion so I was unsure what to assume.

Cheetah was always hoofstock yards.
There is a porcupine in the former coati exhibit, but it’s a North American Porcupine.
And yes, you saw a sea lion. Denver’s last seal passed away last year.
And while the cassowaries do appear to be gone (Salem might’ve passed away), there are still Keas on the map so you might’ve missed them.

Thank you for filling me in on this. I looked at the website and the kea page only says 'behind Bird World' but two other species mention they can be seen from the Nurture Trail, which I did not have time for on my visit, so maybe some of those exhibits from behind Bird World are visible from there?

Good to know I was right about the sea lion! I spent a full five minutes sitting there questioning my identification afterward.

I appreciate all of your corrections greatly. I've only visited Denver once but hoping to do so again in a couple years.
