The arrival of Pangolins brings me attention to this house, and its design that combines both light and dark rooms is quite interesting. But I never get the chance to go to Prague. Could anyone provide the species list of the Indonesian Jungle House?

Not at the moment, but it sounds like that's the rumored plan for the old gorilla house.
It might be cool idea to retrofit the old Gorilla House to something like "Amazon House", which can provide winter exhibits for Tamarins, as well as greenhouse for New World birds.

At least for now, "old" gorilla house is inhabited by second (male) gorilla group (and it possibly stay so) - there is however also small "additional" exhbit with tamarins and armadillos
There were however plans for quite ambitious rebuilding of old pachyderm house, including jaguars, harpies, ukarais and manatees, but its ten years old project hich was postponed and for now maybe scrapped altogether...
One or two months back, however, director Bobek in some facebook commentary mention old pachyderm house as next big project after polar bear complex, so lets wait and see...
For now, there are quite a few some South American animals in Prague, but mostly in stand-alone exhibits (some of them already around old pachyderm house - tapirs, ant-eaters, spider monkeys).
Closest to "South American house" is probably little complex for small american mammals in upper part of zoo (next to bears and red kangaroos) - there are mostly carnivores - tayras, bush dogs and cats (margays for years, but I think they are gone, so jaguarundis now?) and hutias. Also, right next to them are north american otters, so it is sort of small "American area", but thats probably not what @StellarChaser was asking about

I will add turtle species kept in Indonesian jungle house:

pig-nosed turtle
Roti-island snake-necked turtle
Amboina box turtle
northern snake-necked turtle
Malaysian giant turtle
enigmatic leaf turtle
southern river terrapin
red-bellied short-necked turtle

frogs:
common tree frog
Borneo eared tree frog

And several species of fish but I ´m not a fish person so can name just a few:
large pieces of sultan fish mixed with tinfoil barbs
kissing gouramis with?
a pod of small glass catfish
4 mixed species of rainbowfish
a single Indian knifefish with at least 2 other fish specie in Komodo dragon moat
a group of over 1 meter long giant pangasius in macaque moat
mangrove tank with mudskippers and green pufferfish

That would be because it is one :p
Indeed it is, there are however some other bird species too
Not sure if there is list - at least some species are mentioned on web, in section about Rákos house, but I don´t know if there are mentioned all spc. (I would say that no?), and if all mentioned are still there...

In all seriousness, having visited only a month and a half ago, I'll see if I can get my notes written up regarding the species currently on-display in there :)

How many exhibit houses does Zoo Prague have?
Indonesian Jungle
Rako's House
Darwin Crater
Penguin House
Hippo House
Elephant House
Dja Reserve
Mefou Centre
Sichuan House
Giant Salamander House
African House
Africa Up Close
Feline and Reptile
Terrarium
Chambal
Giant Tortoise House

Anything else?

Darwin Crater doesnt have any heated inner space for visitors so it cant be counted as a pavilion (animal exhibit house). But otherwise your list is ok and complete.

BTW, I had to search what Mefou Centre actually means, it´s the old gorilla house, huh, Mefou must be recent renaming.

So this is the criteria to determine if an exhibition is an animal house or not? Interesting

Word "Pavilon", in Czech zoos, has this exact definition. And its pretty important one I would say. If you visit a zoo in winter when it´s windy and below zero, you are grateful for any heated space you can use.
