Not at the moment, but it sounds like that's the rumored plan for the old gorilla house.
At least for now, "old" gorilla house is inhabited by second (male) gorilla group (and it possibly stay so) - there is however also small "additional" exhbit with tamarins and armadillos
There were however plans for quite ambitious rebuilding of old pachyderm house, including jaguars, harpies, ukarais and manatees, but its ten years old project hich was postponed and for now maybe scrapped altogether...
One or two months back, however, director Bobek in some facebook commentary mention old pachyderm house as next big project after polar bear complex, so lets wait and see...
For now, there are quite a few some South American animals in Prague, but mostly in stand-alone exhibits (some of them already around old pachyderm house - tapirs, ant-eaters, spider monkeys).
Closest to "South American house" is probably little complex for small american mammals in upper part of zoo (next to bears and red kangaroos) - there are mostly carnivores - tayras, bush dogs and cats (margays for years, but I think they are gone, so jaguarundis now?) and hutias. Also, right next to them are north american otters, so it is sort of small "American area", but thats probably not what
