Brookfield Zoo About reservation for the ticket

Hi everyone, I plan to visit Brookfield zoo during December 19, 2022. But there is a situation that I could not buy ticket for All December Days, is that mean they have sold out all ticket? Or is mean I should go to the gate to buy ticket, thanks a lot.

I have called the office and they told me to buy ticket in the gate at December 19, is that safety since I'm so afraid to lose the chance to visit the zoo because I will go to New York for Bronx zoo and others in that day's night, thanks a lot!
 
Don't worry, you can just go to the gate and buy a ticket on site. There shouldn't be any issues and you will definitely get in. Reservations are only required if you're parking in the South Lot for the zoos Holiday Magic event currently going on during certain days this month, but you'll be visiting on a normal day so this shouldn't be a concern.
