Black Rhinos in US Zoos

This thread is for black rhino information in US zoos. Does anyone have a full list of black rhinos in the US and what facilities they live in?

But this thread does bring up an interesting question. Given that most of the black rhino in the USA are Eastern, what other subspecies are held and where? I believe DAK holds South-central, but who else holds what? How did DAK come to hold them?

*edit. I realize the only other likely held subspecies are South-western and South-central.

Fort Worth Zoo also has the South-Central Black Rhino subspecies

The ungulate master thread lists these facilities as holders of South-central:

Abilene Zoo, TX
Austin Savanna, TX
Chehaw Park & Zoo, GA
Disney’s Animal Kingdom, FL
Fort Worth Zoo, TX
Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, TX
White Oak Conservation Center, FL

(Link: Where do the Deer & Antelope Play?: A Look at America's Ungulate Populations)

Not sure if this is an actively managed population, although a couple of those facilities are known as breeding centers for various species so maybe.

Haven't heard about any Southwestern black rhinos in zoos here.

I find it interesting that this sub is present in the US. Are you aware of where the starter animals of this population came from?
