Monterey Bay Aquarium About Tuna Species

Hi everyone
I just wonder which species of tuna did they keep for now?
Plan to visit the amazing aquarium during fall break, but for now I just can not sure the fish swimming in the live cam is Bluefin or Yellowfin, thanks a lot!

I'm watching the camera now and while they look "yellowfin-ish" to me, I have to be honest that they are simply moving too fast for me to get a good enough look to make a call. The website seems to only be listing yellowfin though

Yeah, me too... But today when I ask the aquarium on Facebook they said they have a group of bluefin, so confused, currently working on asking them about yellowfin again

They do keep specimens in holding, off of public view, for research. Maybe there's "blues in the back".

Yes, they do hold bluefin in their off-site center for research purposes. They only exhibit yellow-fin tuna currently, although they have exhibited blues and yellows together, but ended that after the major Outer Bay renovation a number of years ago now.
