Know there current lion population

Some years ago they had 3 adult females and 1 male and 4 cubs 3 male and 1 female

Are they all still at the park any more arrivals ?

On the photos of the lions, they are all maneless beside the male. So maybe the male cubs were castrated? I honestly thought they got more lionesses in!

I know Knowsley safari park is going to have trouble placing their male cubs, when i last visited there was talk of castrating a few males and keeping them in the pride as nobody would want to take them on.

They can be quite unobtrusive if they want to be. Often they lie around by the service area to the right of the big viewing windows. Another favourite place is around/under the Chestnut tree at the other end, at least you can see them there. I actually think its a good enclosure though.
 
i dont see why newquay doesn't have one of the male lions to go with their female, it seems ufortunate that she's on her own and plus it would free up space at the safari parks
