A question regarding the US and polar bears. Was lifted only ban on breeding of Alaskan-born bears, or also ban on imports from European zoos?

I had previously heard at Saint Louis that there were efforts to get this reconsidered, but last I asked about this I was told it definitely wouldn't happen, so this is good news.

There are two baby Squirrel Monkeys born in late November that are now on exhibit in Basecamp. Dominant female Rocket has claimed both babies, though only one is biologically hers. There is also a baby Schmidt’s Red Tailed Monkey in Ituri Forest that I don’t see has been mentioned here, born to mom BB.

It is, and I suspect it will be closed for quite some time. Last I heard (a couple of weeks ago), they still had not managed to capture all the birds, which is required for them to start the work, which I believe will be extensive.

Do you know if the the birds are temporarily going on display in the various aviaries around the zoo or are they being housed off-exhibit?

At the very least, several species usually present in the aviary have moved to the wrinkled hornbill aviary between the koala yards according to @Kudu21. Which leads me to ask:
The birds in the aviary will be held off-exhibit until completion is done.
Do you have a source or is this another instance of you just assuming something and passing it off as fact? ;)

So basically, grass is green.

Bro, you seriously gotta stop with this - you can't just give the most boilerplate, obvious responses to stuff that you probably don't actually have inside knowledge about. If you are gonna do this, at the very least cite your sources and *especially* make sure you have clearance from the zoo to disclose that information. There's a lot that proprietary that zoos actually don't want to be known, even amongst hobbyists.

Are the tenrecs actually on exhibit at the Basecamp? I’ve not been in few months but based on the video, it looks like their BTS area.

Are there still jaguars at the zoo?
I added to ZTL but noticed that it was already in 'former holdings'

Nindiri the female Jaguar should still be there. The SDZ photographers Facebook group posted a photo dated 2 weeks ago so unless she passed between then and now, she should be at Elephant Odyssey.
