The most recent species lists for these facilities (from 2023 and 2021 respectively) both list Greater Bulldog Bat.
An important note to anyone who is potentially thinking about using this thread as a source for US holdings on Zootierliste: please don't. The last update I did is outdated and I cannot necessarily verify all of those holdings.

As Shell Factory closed last year, their fruit bats were transferred to the Wilderness Trails Zoo in Michigan.
