Context behind popular primate clips

I think anyone who uses YouTube or any of the short-form video sites will be familiar with "life could be a dream" which was a semi-popular genre of video's from around 2-3 years ago which consisted of goofy clips of primates, mostly Chimps and Orangutans, with the song Life could be a dream over it, and I don't think I need to explain where you've probably heard that song from. It's funny to watch until you think about what's happening to these primates behind the camera, especially as most of them seem to be exotic pets. I was wondering if anyone knows the context behind these clips, particularly the one of the Orangutan driving a golf cart around what appears to be a zoo. Thanks!

While I can not find a definite source, according to Know Your Meme (who might not be the best authority in this) the footage was filmed in 'the menagerie of Sheikha Fatima Rashed Al Maktoum in Dubai'- https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...UQFnoECB4QAQ&usg=AOvVaw2DzDWrsXRmop3fUbf7pF0O
Edit: other sources also refer to the same menagerie.
