Fantastic. I searched in Google for look what on Earth is the name of this species, and I see, is one of the pamphagids (elephant grasshoppers). There are several endemic species of small areas in the Mediterranean, tought this one is just a mere subspecies of a much more widespread one. Anyway, the fact of a zoo keeping a local pamphagid species makes me a much greater zoo to my eyes. I wish Spanish zoos would do the same with local species of endemic endangered pamphagids and any other noteworthy endemic insects.
