The mislabelling is a pretty universal one - basically, about six or seven years ago it was discovered that the entire captive population of "Phantasmal" Poison Frog had been misidentified and in fact represented Anthony's Poison Frog.

Unfortunately this has had two lasting aftereffects; firstly, a lot of places haven't updated their signage. Secondly, and more pertinently in this case, the vast majority of the photographs floating around online purporting to show Phantasmal Poison Frog actually show Anthony's Poison Frog.... which means that zoos using the incorrect name nonetheless use photographs of the taxon they do hold.
 
I also looked at Blackpool's label and thought it was Phantasmal I had seen. I emailed them to clarify what they have, but I can't access my email account at the moment so I do not know if they have replied yet.

Thanks TLD that’s really interesting and quite unexpected from an educational/signage perspective.

Will update my listing with next entry.
 
Not an update but more of a warning. Anyone visitng Dudley for the purposes of this challenge, I wouldn't bother. I visited on 5th June and there are no amphibians on show.

Another collection which has more species listed on ZTL than they seem to keep.

A bonus for me was seeing my first Toad-headed Agama.

 
A visit to Lakeland Wildlfie Oasis on 22nd June, did not increase my score. None of the amphibians listed on ZTL were present.

I did see Blue-legged Mantella, Golden Poison Frogs and Andean Marsupial Frog, all of which I have already seen.

I also saw Black Axolotl.

Non-amphibian species I liked were a very active Long-eared Hedgehog and Common Gundi.

None of the four Amphibian species listed on Zootierliste were seen at Williamson Park, however they have Blue-legged Mantella, White's Tree Frog and South African Clawed Toad which are not listed on ZTL.
