Mouflon are stupidly common in the private trade in America. That being said, the purity of those animals should be considered... dubious unless proved otherwise thanks to many decades of crossbreeding with domestic sheep breeds and other species of wild sheep alike!
I'm not altogether certain if any AZA zoos have Mouflon.

that Dakota Zoo has mouflon according to their website, as far as I am aware they are AZA. The Rosamond Gifford Zoo is a leader in the SSP for Armenian Mouflon. so I'd assume that if their is a SSP then at least a few more facilities have them.

For starters, the first two both have solid population numbers here in the states. However, all of the listed marsupials are completely absent; and that the serows are close to be nonexistent as well. With, I think, three or four Canadian Zoos still having a few serows around to make up for the latter.

In Australia the only one of these that is present in captivity is the Striped Possum at Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre (maybe somewhere else as well but probably not). There is a farm in New Zealand with Pere David's Deer.

Not much. Our biosecurity laws don't allow Caprinae to be imported, so no takin or serow. Rescued Striped Possums and Spotted Cuscuses is possible but unlikely.
I don't believe any of the three marsupials are present in the US, although Dusky Pademelon are present in Europe.
I believe the Japanese Serow population is now limited to Roosevelt Park Zoo, although I believe they were still at the Dakota Zoo recently as well?
Sichuan Takin and Pere David Deer are both fine with around fifteen to twenty holders each. Lincoln Park Zoo, Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and the Wilds keep both. The takin program looks to be continuing to grow.

There are no moose in Australia or NZ currently, and I doubt there ever have been. Certainly none since 1980.
