On September 15th, it was announced that the zoo transferred a (1.0) Tammar wallaby to the Lehigh Valley Zoo in Pennsylvania.

Grungie, the male spotted hyena, has died.

Sad news, the hyenas are one of my favorites. I live about a mile from the zoo and love sitting on my balcony after dark and hearing them call. That should leave Taz as the only hyena currently at the zoo.

Was polar bear Luna recently injured? She has a big scar on one side of her face that I dont remember seeing when I saw her in person a few months ago. I just noticed it on the zoo's latest Instagram post
I noticed it the last time I was there, I have not heard of anything but maybe from the breeding season is my best guess.
