Zoo map database?

ISO of a solid database- either a proper website or just a good folder on a photo-sharing website- of zoo maps. Specifically in search of layout inspiration/ideas/examples for Planet Zoo purposes, but also kind of just interested in seeing how different zoos choose to lay themselves out!

thanks in advance for any assistance!

You should check Les Zoos dans le Monde - Base documentaire, which is in French, but google translate will get you a long way. It is a database with loads of zoos and for many major zoos there is a good bunch of maps (ancient and recent). Just click on a zoo, then look for the section plans and click the years to see the respective map pop up.

While it's not a website, @snowleopard has ton of photos of a lot of zoos, and it also have new and old zoo maps from the same zoo. I propose him as a source for maps, but if you're looking for a website, then I can't help you.

Thank you! I took French for a few years in high school.... this is a good chance to dust it off a little lol. I'll give it a browse.

Thank you for this suggestion! When in doubt snowleopard is the way to go lol. For anyone else interested, this link here is the custom search of "map" under snowleopard's posts.
