Will the pronghorn be on exhibit at the Wilds?
The pronghorn died only a couple of months after moving to The Wilds. He's been at The Wilds for over a year now and afaik he isn't on exhibit.

All.Going to Columbus for the first time in over 10 years next month. Are there any exhibits I shouldn't miss?
Asia Quest is a must-see, as is HOA (the lions usually are out even in cold weather). Definitely head to Congo to see the new Bonobo exhibit and go to North America to see it before phase two takes over.Going to Columbus for the first time in over 10 years next month. On a serious note, Heart of Africa, Congo, Asia, the tassies, and the manatee house are your must sees imo. But I don’t think you should skip adventure cove or anything else due to its negativity. I personally found it “interesting” at most.Going to Columbus for the first time in over 10 years next month. Are there any exhibits I shouldn't miss?
Pallas Cats do not have outdoor viewing. Just the two indoor exhibits, one of which closes during Wildlights. It also appears Johnson (the male elephant) is out later in the day, shame you missed Frankie! Yes the wolves are in one of the Tiger habitats temporarily during construction!
- Only saw Pallas Cat indoors. I thought they had an outdoor exhibits as well.
- Only saw one Asian Elephant.
- Mexican Gray Wolf was in one of what I think were the smaller Tiger exhibits.
The zoo's last non-ambassador Binturong passed away I belive a year or two ago.Binturong was off exhibit
There is also no indoor Polar Bear viewing. The indoor building is a play area and indoor arctic fox viewing, so you didn't miss too much!Didn't see the Polar Bears because the underwater viewing was closed and the indoor portion was being used for Santa.

Yep that's him! Afaik the herd rotates between the yards during the day, and currently at around 4-5 Johnson is in the main yard or the indoor yard depending on temperature. I've missed Frankie my last few visits at around that time as well!View attachment 754443
This is Johnson, correct? He was the only one we saw. Even after checking the outdoor yards. I was secretly hoping to see Frankie.
They've been used as extra holding yards for years, yes. Before that they housed the Zoo's lions before HOA opened. They strictly held tigers for a while when they were producing more cubs, but when things slowed down they held bachelor lions and Cheetahs too.Question for Columbus regulars, were there always Tigers in these two smaller exhibits? They seemed so lackluster compared to the main Tiger yard.
