When will the new Thailand National Zoo (the new park after Dusit Zoo closure years back) open to the general public? 2025 or 2026 and is their a scheduled opening date?

Any news on new species for the zoo, what species are due to arrive in the next few months till mid 2025?

We will open the first phase in 2026, with a service zone, a reception zone and a zoo zone only halfway, consisting of a full African exhibition and a 40% Asian exhibition Consisting of the following animals

@Flat headed cat, very much looking forward to the opening of the new National Zoo! It will be on my to do list for sure as well as Khao Kheow ORZ - your home town zoo - and Korat Zoos.

Well, Thailand is already on my travel list for wildlife volunteer work as well as touring some of the major and most interesting national parks and reserves.... (Khao Sok, Khaeng Krachan ..., Khao Yai (of course) ... and some westerly and deep eastern reserves)!
