Saitama childrens zoo

They are considering plans to introduce tree kangaroo, wombat and komodo dragon in the future.
That is excellent news. The komodo dragon does sound like an odd one out but it is still a great species to bring back to Japan. I know that iZoo and Higashiyama also have/ had plans to bring back komodos but that seems to be taking a hot minute.

This is excellent news considering all of the species that Japan has lost and rarities Japan is in decline of. Can you show me the article that confirms this is happening?

Apparently, iZoo has faced some kind of trouble. According to the iZoo owner, they weren't able to do so because they were harassed by officials from other zoo. I don't understand at all why this has affected the introduction of dragons from Indonesia.

Here are three updates from the park:

Two pairs of Damaraland mole rat, which arrived from Kumamoto last November, have recently bred. One pair gave birth to a single baby in January, while the other pair had four babies in February.

The Cairo spiny mouse exhibit will reopen on March 11th, after a seven-year hiatus.

The indoor exhibit for quokkas will open on March 13th. As quokkas are nocturnal, the space has been designed to suit their needs and will be open throughout the park's regular hours. However, the outdoor exhibit will remain open for only about three hours.
