It is part of the A'Famosa Resort in Melaka, Malaysia, and serves as a family-friendly attraction featuring a variety of animals, live animal shows, and interactive activities.

Visitors can explore different zones, enjoy close encounters with animals, and even take part in safari rides.

one of the best safari in Malaysia yet still surviving.

Although the park was facing major animal abuse issues in the past, those matters seems to be gone now. I think the park is still under renovation for some zoo areas, so I hope the place gets better!

Famosa Safari is now receiving a lot of advice and assistance from the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand (zpot) on matters such as white rhino management, reproductive science of Asian elephants and Malayan tigers in collaboration With Khao Kheow Open zoo I think the zoo will be better in the future. Thai and Malaysian zoos have always been good neighbors.
