“African Penguin conservation status has been updated” from Endangered to Critically Endangered.

Also, African Leopards can now climb trees with an animation to go with it.
 
talking about the new dlc, do you guys have any ideas about what's gonna be? people have been speculating that's gonna be something like adaptations, latin america, aviary packs, things like that.

Say that's on my Wishlist too, although for the Kouprey being possibly Extinct would be something for Prehistoric Kingdom.
 
Well nothing was announced earlier about a new Planet Zoo DLC, just the next 2 bundle packs (Oceania and Eurasia) for console edition. No confirmed date yet as to when they will be released but I would say around the next 4 weeks.

I am still waiting on a few of the free updates for console like piebald animals, burrow cameras for guests, King Cheetah, albino animals etc. I don't know if any of these are on consoles yet as I haven't noticed any of them.

they told us to stay tuned until the new livestram on march 26th.
 
Yeah, it was basically an announcement of an announcement (or at least a proper tease) in the next stream - which points at the traditional Easter week release most likely.

As part of the Frontier Unlocked Livestream earlier today, we were provided with the following key-art (see above); which seems to confirm the Coyote and the Greater Rhea as upcoming additions for the new dlc.

Based on what was mentioned in the livestream, it appears that this will be yet another “animal pack” with a supposed Western scenery theme.
