Mixed species exhibit ideas

Would this South African savannah work? Hartmann’s mountain zebras, greater kudu, springbok, southern white rhinocerosses.

And would this work? Giant anteaters, capybaras and black howler monkeys.

Capybara / Anteater / Howler is definitely fine.

White rhinoceros / Kudu / Springbok is fine but I don't know how the zebras will act in there

I've heard/read that Hartmann's mountain zebras are the most cantankerous and aggressive of zebras. The EAZa does not recommend keeping them in mixed exhibits due to previous issues, they are also prone to hoof issues when kept on grass. Keeping them with rhinos does not seem totally unreasonable, but keeping them with antelopes, especially if breeding is desired, seems unadvisable. Any zebra species is a risk for killing antelope calves.

The second mix is certainly reasonable if the exhibit is large enough and has the right accommodations for the primates. Mixing anteaters and capybaras is not uncommon.

Like all other equines, Mountain Zebras can be temperamental at times; so mixing them with any other animal is only possible if you acknowledge the risks associated with the behavior of these animals.

Otherwise, this mix should work well in a very large paddock, especially if you plan to house several breeding groups of the following species.

Ironically, the AZA says the opposite! It's Grevy’s zebras who aren't recommended for mixed species exhibits over here.
I was going to say, I remember seeing that somewhere. I’ve seen at least 2 facilities that mix mountain zebras with other animals, some of which were smaller than them. I think I’ve only seen Grevy’s mixed with giraffes, which are obviously bigger.

Could I mix Indian Pygmy Goose, Indian Spot-billed Duck, and Sarus Crane?
Additionally, could any mixes be made with Indian Hog Deer, Blackbuck, Nilgai, Gaur, and Indian Rhinoceros? And could I add primates (specifically Rhesus Macaque)?

Should be fine, yeah.

I'm not sure about the Gaur in this, but the other hoofstock and the Macaques should be fine with the Rhinos

Okay. Really wasn't intending Gaur and Rhino in the same space. Was more wondering if any of the other hoofstock would be able to work with the gaur, perhaps with some kind of three-yard system, where the blackbuck/deer/nilgai/macaque could access all three, while the gaur and rhino were restricted to one yard each.

Pygmy Geese are petite and delicate, so they should have a place where the cranes can't get to (like deep water). You should seperate the cranes if the pygmy gesse have goslings

I would suggest not mixing the Pygmy Geese (which are relatively rare in aviculture and rather fragile, also very expensive if you have to buy them)

Would roloway monkeys and red river hogs work?

also would reticulated giraffe, grevy zebra, North African red-necked ostrich, addax and addra gazelle work?

Both would work. The red river hog mix has worked before with guenons which is a close relatives of the Roloway. Grevy's zebras are tricky to mix so I would suggest Plains Zebra as harassment will be less likely
