Bristol Zoo Project
African Forest update
main (new) news is that the gorillas will be moving in late summer
there are 8 rescued African greys, they’ve included a cute picture of them in the article as well
unrelated to the African Forest, on the zoos website it says that they have Sumatran laughing thrush once again
Uhhh, .... What ... Hell? How can it be that Bristolians and Clifton precincts close inhabitants and citizens don't seem to give a toss about their new Bristol Zoo?The gorilla move has been planned for late summer for a while now. They won’t be on show until 2026 though as they’ll be given time to settle in.
The appeal is only at £3,000 - not great for a £100,000 target.
