Are the Porcupines in the enclosure by the Wildcats permanently if i remember its not that big?
Think so, they have a proper house for them now with a viewing window.
I had a brief visit today- it was a shame to see lots of parents vaping while just ewalking round the zoo (and with their children too!

) Anyway,
- There still appears to be a red panda in the old enclosure they had in Tian Tian's enclosure and I only saw one of the pandas in the other enclosure- are they separate or are there three red pandas at the zoo? I knew they were planning on mixing them.
- Don't know whether this has been mentioned yet or not but the refurbishment in the sloth house is a new climbing frame- looks better and is larger than the last one.
- I know that the binturongs will be in the enclosure they formerly occupied, but will be have access to the enclosure that is closed off to the visitors, that once held asiatic golden cat many years ago? Would love for that exhibit to be open once again.
- The armadillo (formerly male koala) enclosures in the koala house are covered over. Is work beginning in the koala area finally?
Apart from that, good to see all this new stuff happening. I unfortunately didn't get to see the work happening with the giant panda's old enclosure, but I'm still happy to see what is happening to the zoo after a such a decline they've had over the past just over a decade or so.
