The post lists the countries already cited and then says "among others" so it cannot be entirely ruled out yet - but I wouldn't hold your breath tbh.

Copenhagen zoo has said in comments under the Facebook post that there will be no Tasmanian Devils going to the UK this time around.

In the same comments, they also say that Zoo Planckendael and Paris (Jardin des Plantes) are currently keepers of the species. So that seems like confirmation to me that those two zoos will at least get Tasmanian devils.

I posted a few posts up :) there's a sign at Planckendael saying new ones will arrive soon.

Except that Paris has never kept them yet, but Beauval has one still...

Good news. I hope a few "European" pairs will breed, as the species remains very rare in our continent.
There's only one male left in France (Beauval).

Will some of the newly imported animals that won't stay in Copenhagen be allowed to do so though? :p

I mean Prague boasted about it almost since the opening of their Tassie exhibit and seeing they are getting a big fat zero from this import...

As the Tasmanian Devil is a short-lived species, its presence in European collections needs breeding or continuous imports of non-breeding animals (as ambassadors) from overseas, even in the short term.
 
Pairi Daiza has welcomed two male Tasmanian devils from Copenhagen.

Of the 21 Tasmanian devils imported by Copenhagen, 12 would move to other zoos in Belgium, France and Germany. Of these, 10 are now known:

1,2 to Zoo Planckendael
2,0 to Pairi Daiza

3,0 to ZooParc de Beauval
2,0 to Ménagerie du Jardin des Plantes
 
Male Fettuccine moved to Duisburg Zoo from Copenhagen earlier this year. This means Duisburg now has two males.

At Zoo Praha, females Laurel and Aniseed died this year. This left only female Nutmeg. From Copenhagen, the two females Castro and Caesia came to Prague to temporarily fill the enclosure. The zoo has plans to bring in a new breeding group from Tasmania.
