Hell has frozen over and the zoo put its 2024 annual report online (czech/english).
Link
It is rather short and lacks table with numbers of animals per species. But at least it lists species. Interesting additions not listed in ZTL yet (I guess kept off-show):
- Barred Eagle-owl (Bubo sumatranus)
- Folohy Golden frog (Mantella laevigata)
- Fire-tufted barbet (Psilopogon pyrolophus)
- Lesser blue-eared glossy-starling (Lamprotornis chloropterus)
The zoo kept 215 species. Annual income was 9,5 mio euro, and 1,3 mil were subsidies.
Future investments are well known already: Nusantara with tapirs&co (2027 opening), vombats (2026 opening).
