The Penrith Reptile Expo was held today (10/8), so I went to have a look. The last time I had been was 2018 when it was in a different location and had, as well as herptiles, Common Marmosets of all things!
Here are the species I saw there today. I may have missed some. Easily the most interesting and unexpected animals there were a pair of Thorny Devils from Alice Springs Reptile Centre which were understandably attracting quite a crowd!!!

Very surprised that the NSW government allows exotic reptiles on display at the expo. In Victoria, every expo I have been to that has animals/livestock also have a crimestoppers stall about the illegal animal trade etc.

It’s also interesting seeing the difference in species at a NSW expo compared to a Vic expo. For example, there are heaps and heaps of Cunningham’s Skinks sold at Vic expos but none here, whereas something like Varanus kingorum I’ve never seen offered in Vic.
