Zora has been euthanized in February this year, as was posted on February 27th in the 2025 news topic by Perseus6:

Sadly Zora the Black panther or Jaguar behind the scenes will be euthanized tomorrow intimately. She turned 26 but her health has recently declined even further with her being blind and deaf. Not making 27 years old for a Jaguar is no shame, But It's an animal I've known my whole life so It's sad to loose her.

They didn't have suitable on-show exhibits for these animals when they were moved from Antwerp to Planckendael (or in fact, today) and the big cats from Antwerp were already quite old at the time of the move and basically went into quiet retirement at Planckendael.

Indian rhinoceros Karamat is most likely pregnant. If she is the calf would be born around June/July 2025. The father is Gujarat.

Why were they moved from Antwerp then? Was it because the zoo wanted fertile animals to breed with?

They left Antwerp because they were closing the old exhibits in the jubilee complex (the since demolished complex next to the Central Station) for demolition and renovation.
