Needs to be posted in a more accessible form. However, domestic pigeons are sometimes dyed funny colours for weddings, and can turn up anywhere. Also, some domestic/feral pigeons can naturally look quite pink.

it was a captive bird in the avairys at the gardens i also mnent pink-headed turtle dove not pegion
