From the looks of the enclosure and no other likely accommodation, it seems like she is in the former brush-tailed possum enclosure, in front of the black-tailed prairie dog and North American porcupine, is this accurate?

I think you mean some small exhibit around tapirs or anteaters, which I think is right. But there is nothing about the location of the sloth enclosure mentioned in the video. I have another guess, maybe this is the inside of the bird house (with birds of paradise and crested partridges), so the sloths will be climbing in the same room with guests (this is how they have it in Jihlava, from where the sloth came). But I have only visited Zoo Děčín twice in my life (once about 2 years ago and once as a child), so your guess is more probable.
 
I base my statement on the visit I did last year on 28th of October, the walls of the exhibit of the possums looks a lot like the walls in the video, although the wooden door does not match, I think either you're correct and what we see is just the backstage for the sloth and it will go on show in the bird house or it may actually be exhibited in Rajske Ostrovy in one of the slow loris enclosures, I know it wouldn't be on theme with the name of the facility, but maybe they'll do it nonetheless? We'll see.

I hope your´re correct and they will exhibit it in the possum´s enclosure and not instead of slow loris. I wouldn´t like to loose pygmy slow loris on exhibit, they´re much rarer and more interesting than sloth.
 
From one of their latest Facebook videos we got a glimpse of the viewing window for a split second, but I am now confident that it is in fact the former brush-tailed possum enclosure, they likely renovated it in the meantime.

A media article confirms the new sloth lives in the former possum enclosure. The corresponding outside cage is yet to undergo a renovation and will be then accessible for the sloth too. The zoo wants to obtain also a male from the EEP in future.
