Quick visit on Saturday, the Honey Badger cub is almost indistinguishable from its mother, they seemed very happy playing together, then came outside later foraging, they looked fantastic, what an achievement for the Exmoor guys!
Saw the Wolverines being fed by the owner later on, they were fascinating! The place was looking great and just about saw everything, looking forward to hyaena arriving soon!
A lot of White Storks, wondering if they’re waiting for a nod to be able to release some!
Hadn’t been for a couple of years but never ceases to amaze me how fantastic the collection is here, satisfies my bird fixation with unusual and rarely seen small carnivores, the highlights being the honey badgers, wolverines, the new pelican and spoonbill aviaries, white crested turacos, the shoebill as ever, a very active little green monitor!!
