Messi is not the best yet, but will very soon be the best, no doubt about it. Chistiano ronaldo is overrated, just like thierry henry. Ruud van nistelrooy was a hell of a lot better, too bad he already peaked.

And talking about the past, who was the best footballplayer of al time? Maradona, romario, johan cruyff, pele or marco van basten?

Oh yeah, great names. I always find Henry, zidane and brasilian ronaldo overrated however. Alan shearer was more of a cultfigure, but certainly was a very good player. And talking about british footballplayers, how about david beckham ( don't start laughing now:rolleyes:)
