So, lets all talk about favorite holidays/vacations!!

Mine was to Canada a few years back, we visited Toronto, with a day trip to Niagara, and then flew over to BC and hired out one of those camper van thingys and toured the Rockies for 2 weeks. It was a brilliant trip, and i think Canada is a beautiful country, wonderfull scenery, great wildlife, friendly people (in my expirience) and, home to the worlds best rock band... Rush!!

I would eventually like to visit Sweeden, Finland, and especially Australia.

Please keep in mind that "holidays" has a different definition to Americans. We use the term "vacation" for what you are describing. (A holiday is a commemorative day off work, like Christmas or President's Day).

I've had lots of "holidays" or vacations but my favorites would have to be my trip to Australia in 2006 to attend a zoo conference. After the conference my husband and I visited Sydney and Kangaroo Island. The wildlife on Kangaroo Island was fantastic. My visit to Ile de la Reunion in the Indian Ocean was incredible! Volcanoes, coral reefs, beautiful mountains, gorgeous flowers and two of my best friends ever.

There were Western grey kangaroos, koala, echidna, Tammar wallabies and lots of birds. We also saw New Zealand fur seals, Australian sea lions, fairy penguins, tracks from goannas..too many things to remember! It is well worth a trip to see the wildlife!

I've really never had a proper holiday in which I go somewhere specifically to go and relax. I Regularly go to Malaysia with my family, but it is often just visiting relatives ( not to say that I don't enjoy that)

without a doubt my favourite was my recent uni field trip to uganda, while we had work to do it was an incredible experience with amazing wildlife and a really good group of people. Seeing wild chimps was definately the highlight!!

The farthest i've been is San Diego, California which was really nice but i've been to Washington D.C. and Orlando, Florida as well
