According to ISIS there's only one in captivity, so unless it was wild-sourced I'd highly doubt it.

This one, would be the one in Leipzig, currently the only collection holding them outside Asia.
There are a few in aquariums in Japan, as well as eastern Russia.

But to be honest, i don't think it will be either

Yea, I don't see where Belfast would put Baikal seals. Wouldn't mix them with the Californian sea lions thats for sure...

The one's that seem to fit the given criteria the best are Phayre's langurs, grizzled leaf monkeys, smooth-coated otters, Indian leopards, or pangolins. Any thoughts?

Yes indeed someone has got it right! An amazing species! I do feel abit cruel teasing you all but I will let you know as soon as they arrive!

Is that they have the species correct or the type of animal?

Am sure its the former but just wanted to clarify?

I agree with whoever on the thought that it's grizzled leaf monkeys, seems like a species I can imagine at Belfast.

I will stick my neck on the block and go for the smooth coated otters, enough langur species at the moment (although 3 species have been held in the past), Indian leopards would require a large new exhibit and pangolins at the moment, still a problem species to keep.
In my opinion

I wish I did but I don`t,and as for been a zoochat God please NO thats way over the top,I`m just a normal zoonerd thats all, well okay as normal as a zoonerd can be.
