Have you got 299 pounds? That's what the entrance fee is which I think is about NZ$700.

The entrance fees are in Kroner I think, google doesn't convert (= £11.50 or NZ$26).

The Naestved website cited looks far more respectable than I found, btw (perhaps you have different internets in NZ)? :)

Google Translate

The Sunday News here in New Zealand has taken note of Mr Busch's visits it's our equivalant to a tabloid I suppose. The journalist has quoted from Mr Busch's Facebook Fan Page - apparently Mr Busch was not available for an interview. Fine.

Lion Man leaving to thank UK fans | Stuff.co.nz

Not entirely convinced the price is right, but even so 299 Danish Kroner is still £35 for a 1 1/2 hour lion man question time and meet and greet!!!

Wonders how much he is gonna charge his british fans for him to say thank you to them for ummmm giving him money ummmmm :p :D  Nice work if you can get it lol :D

Hope they are not paying for him to fly economy

I think google translate was not very helpful for trying to figure out the actual entry charges. At least now you've cleared that up. I'll correct my previous post. Nothing worse than stating stuff and it's wrong! LOL. Well I suppose that amount isn't that bad. I've seen concert tickets here in New Zealand start at $NZ100 and that's for some far distant place way at the back where you need a telescope to see the show.

That site for Naestved was the first google search brought up. The translator though isn't much good. Hence my muck up. I can't read Danish!

No probs... i was shocked it was 299 but still £37 is not cheap....Like someone said early on.. How much will they charge in this country?

Maybe he could be sent by royal mail.... :p:p

Not certain New Zealand Post would allow that...I've had a look at some of the websites for the originally named zoos that Mr Busch was going to visit but I can't see anything announced???????? Apparently his visit to the UK is going to be brief - so pass there:D

After some of us (including myself!) went of on a slightly immature tangent last night we'll get this back on course!!

I notice that the lion man event in Denmark doesn't start till 16:30 so I assume this is being run seperatley from the zoo, is so much that in order to go to the lion mans talk etc, you only have to pay the 299KR ticket price and not the zoo admission fee on top of that?

If thats the case then it won't be the huge revenue generator some collections over here think it will be, yes some will visit the zoo, but others won't.

you mention his babies and then say sick then you ask which other zoos he will visit if you are not a fan of this man then why o why would you want to know this unless it is to go and cause trouble

Sorry I don't understand what you mean I will have to read back and look at the posts ??

People are interested in what zoos he is visiting as they are regulars at the zoos that have been mentioned nothing to do with causing trouble!

This is usually a VERY peaceful friendly site and people do disagree on here but have never witnessed the problems we have had as late since Craig Busch decided to visit the UK!!
