Best "Cat" collection.

Hmm.. was checking the critter list on the port lympne website, there doesn't seem to be mention of the African golden cat? Is it just the website being outdated? I'm hoping to visit that zoo over two days as there are so many critters to shoot....

Alvin

if you get there by 10:30am at the latest theres usually plenty of time to go round all of the park once including the african experience.

Only if you rush and don't stop to watch any animals for any length of time. I was there at 10am sharp until close and missed a couple large sections as well as the African Experience.

Thanks CieranDUK - i was quite unsure of the Serval's but as they were in my Guide i put them in. Great to know they keep more of the smaller species I honestly cant remember them! Only the Ocelot,Snow-Leopards,Cheetah,Sri-Lankan Leopards and the Amur Tiger's were in my head.

With exerience of visiting alot of Tigers and Big Cats I always find the best time is afternoon about 3:30+ is normally the best time to see them up and about and early morning. During the 6/7 hours in the mid of the day they just sleep.
Hope this is useful to you.

From what i thought Tazmin was pure she was born at Blackpool to Sheya and Jagasar in 1996. And arrived with Tammy a few years after to be bred with Dartmoor's old male Spa.
Or where they not pure?
Vlad,Blotch and Stripe definately are through Spa's side.
The offspring from Blackpool`s Jagasar and Sheya are 100% pure breed.
Jagasar`s stud number is- 3798
Sheya stud number is- 3738
Both Jagasar and Shera are now dead.
