He moved to Dublin Zoo as he was related to Kirana and has now fathered cubs.

Bashira - born Chester 2009 to Magadi and Ema

Magadi - born Port Lympe, (1999 I think)
Rosie - born London ages ago
Manyara - born Chester last 1990s, father is Quinto so half sibling to Kitani

Sammy was born in November 1999 at Osaka Zoo (Japan) he arrived at Chester in April 2002

Malindi was born at Magderburg on 3/11/05. She moved to Chester in September 2008

Bashira was born on 15/5/09 at Chester. Not March as Jordon12 put

Manyara was born in August 1998 and was the zoo's last calf until Asani on 29/10/08
 
saw Sheba last night shes great and was having a real good tuck in despite the keeper saying she only has around 3 teeth left ! shes in her 50,s now and the keepers also said shes been at chester since she was around 7 and was in pet shop before that ! they all sound very fond of Sheba and described her as been very wise and shes always done a great job of keeping all the herds together and settled over the years x
 
About 18 months ago there was news on here that Sheba was having to be specially fed as she had lost nearly all her teeth, was losing condition fast and wasn't expected to live much longer. Seems she is enjoying something of a revival at present though.
