Prairie Dogs do breed like rats so I think I would want 2 females or 2 males too if I didn't want to breed them. Just my opinion.

You could be right there.... and re-reading his post he does claim to have 4 pygmy marmosets, either way until photo's are posted or the place is open to the public I shall remain skeptical to its existance

Well correct me if I`m wrong but he`s claiming to have a DWAL all ready,now the only 2 species that may require one are the Pygmy Marmoset and the Meerkats both of which I think have been removed from the list of species that now require a licence?

Both have been removed from the list, so in theory, he has DWA, but doesnt hold any species that require one.
