I was at the zoo yesterday and it looked like one of the river otters was pregnant does Anyone know if she is or when the babies are expected

I really think this thread has disappeared but here is some additions, there was a baby camel born the other day, sex I am unaware of at the moment.

As per to answer the last question, the baby rhino never made it (covered in other threads)

Curiously, still alive on ISIS. But we all know the old ISIS database is somewhat out-ta-date nowadays. ZIMS is on its way ...

Hope straddlers' zoo enthusiasts will continue to have access to database listings in ZIMS?

Although the indian rhino calf did not survive, our female Asha is pretty young (6?) and this was her first pregnancy/calf, its fairly common for them to lose their first one

On a brighter note, Asha and Vishnu (our male) are back together for breeding, so I'd expect a calf late 2012/early 2013
