I'm curious to know how many corporations/organizations manage multiple zoos/aquariums/wildlife centers.

Here is a list of what I know off the top of my head:

San Diego Zoo Global
Wildlife Conservation Society
Sea World Parks & Entertainment
Disney
Audubon Nature Institute
Zoo New England
Lion Country Safari (today only one still exists)
Albuquerque BioPark
Metro Parks Tacoma
Georgia Aquarium
National Aquarium Institute
North Carolina Aquariums
Detroit Zoological Society
Landry's Downtown Aquariums
SeaLife Aquariums
Dallas Zoo
Zoos Victoria
Zoological Society of London
Zoos South Australia

In the British isles there is :
ZSL - London zoo & Whipsnade zoo
RZSS - Edinburgh zoo & Highland wildlife park
Aspinall foundation - Howletts zoo & Port Lympne wild animal park
Paignton zoo, Newquay zoo & Living coasts are owned by a charitable society
The Goymour family own Banham zoo & Africa alive
Thrigby wildlife gardens and Cromer zoo are owned by Ken Sims
RSZI - Dublin zoo & Fota wildlife park

Then there are all the sea life centres dotted around the country.

Taronga Zoo also manages Taronga Western Plains Zoo

Merlin Enternainments operates a large number of establishments, including the SeaLife brand, but also Sydney Aquarium, Wild Life Sydney (previously Sydney Wildlife World) and OceanWorld Manly.

In Mexico City the Dirección General de Zoologicos del Distrito Federal manages Chapultepec Zoo, San Juan de Aragon Zoo and Los Coyotes Zoo.
The Vincennes zoo and Jardin des Plantes menagerie in Paris are under the same management too, I think.

In Victoria, Australia we have Zoo Victoria that manages three amazing zoos. Melbourne
Zoo is their main one about 5 minutes tram ride from the centre of Melbourne. Healesville Sanctuary is arguably the best native wildlife collection in the country. And Werribee Open Range Zoo is a great African Savannah themed open range zoo.

From the top of my head
Holland
- Zodiac Zoos (Overloon, Epe and Leeuwarden)
- Libema (Safaripark Beekse Bergen & Dierenrijk Mierlo)

Belgium
- KMDA (Antwerp Zoo & Planckendael)

Germany
- Berlin zoo society? (Berlin Zoo & Berlin Tierpark)

There's bound to be many more...

A few others:

Blue Reef Aquariums (Newquay, Tynemouth, Bristol, Hastings).

West Midland Safari Park also owns the 'Seaquariums' in Rhyl and Weston-super-Mare.

The Chestnut Centre, New Forest Wildlife Park and Battersea Park Children's Zoo are all owned by the Heap family.

Parques Reunidos (Spanish holding) manage a lot of zoos/aquariums and other parks (amusement,aquatics...) worldwide
Rainforest Diseño (from Spain too) manage the Bioparcs in Valencia and Fuengirola (build and owned) and Terra Natura in Benidorm build by the same Company.
And build and manage? the new zoo of Torino in Italy.

The French National Natural History Museum also operates Parc zoologique de Clères (created by the great ornithologist Jean Delacour) and Réserve de la Haute-Touche.

Just in the United Kingdom they own and run Blackpool Zoo,The Aquarium of the Lakes,Bournemouth Oceanarium and I believe they now own Blue Planet Aquarium.

Disney, own 3 sites on there florida resort. Also Moscow zoo with its out of town breeding centre, and i believe the Smithsonian National zoo also operate this sort of thing.

What zoological facility does Disney have other than Animal Kingdom?

Also, if you are including affiliated breeding facilities that are closed to the public, you can add Cincinnati Zoo to the list.

They have the Seas pavilion at Epcot which is a large aquarium with dolphins, manatees, sharks, a huge coral reef tank, etc.

They also have an aquarium at their new Hawaiian resort with a coral reef and a sting ray pool.

^if david is correct with the new aquarium at there hawaii resort, then that puts the count up too 4, as I was planning on including Animal Kingdom lodge.

Mildly surprised that no-one from the UK has yet mentioned the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.

Apart from the Slimbridge flagship site, they have centres at Barn Elms in London, Arundel in Sussex, Llanelli in S Wales, Martin Mere in Lancashire, Washington in NE England, Castle Espie in N Ireland, plus two sites that are pure wildfowl refuges (Caerlaverock in S Scotland and Welney in E Anglia).

The society that operates the venerable (and tiny) Bristol Zoo have ambitious plans for a new site that they already own at Hollywood Towers, but the depth of this recession seems to have put this project onto the back burner.

See, I knew I missing something obvious!
