Sofia (Bulgaria) Zoo Statistics

If anyone can help me, I'm doing a personal research analysis on European zoos, including the Sofia Zoo. For my reseach, I need the following animal collection statistics:

#Species #Animals
Mammals
Birds
Reptiles
Amphibians
Fish
Invertebrates

I also need the most recent estimate of the Zoo's annual Attendance.

Is there some website where these numbers are available for Bulgarian zoos? I've tried contacting the zoo but haven't yet heard back from them.

ANyhuis, have you contacted the zoos in question? I can't help feeling that this is research you are supposed to be doing for yourself. I don't mean that as an attack or insult or anything... just that, if you're writing a book, your authority (pun intended) is kind of connected with doing the research.

Yes, I've tried contacting the Zoo. No response yet.
Am I writing a book -- potentially, but not officially. For now, my research has more to do with deciding which are Europe's top zoos, so that I will know which zoos are worth going out of the way to go see.
Thanks!

Well lets hope you don't go purely on collections with over 500,000 visitors, for your book because if you do that means missing some very good collections!

Don't worry, I'm definitely looking at some zoos with smaller Attendance numbers -- Boras (Sweden), Tallinn (Estonia), Attica (Greece), and many more.

Thats excellent news then it means WE should have a book on European collections, that is actually worth having in our Libarys, and not a heavily flawed book that is currentily on the market.

@ ANyhuis if I can be of any help to you please do not hesitate to contact me!
