What SSP's (Species Survival Plans) do you know your local zoo/aquarium participate in?
Beardsley Zoo:
Red Wolf SSP
Maned Wolf SSP
Andean Bear SSP
Amur Tiger SSP
Brazilian Ocelot SSP
Golden-Lion Tamarin SSP
I also think they participate in the Chacoan Peccary SSP and Goeldi's Monkey SSP.
Mystic Aquarium:
I only know that they participate in the African Penguin SSP, and are pretty successful in it.

UPDATE: Beardsley no longer has the Andean Bears but will soon, or so I expect, will begin participating in the Amur Leopard (since a female will soon replace the bear) SSP. The zoo will also soon participate in the Mexican Wolf SSP and I don't think they currently are participating in the Red Wolf SSP as they have all females (mother and two daughters) and their genetics are pretty well represented.

EDIT: Does Mystic not also participate in the Steller Sea Lion and Grand Cayman Iguana SSPs?

I'm sure they participate in others but I know Bronx is currently participating in the Malayan Tapir, Bali Mynah, Indian Rhinoceros, Western Lowland Gorilla, Okapi, Pinstripe Damba, Coquerel's Sifaka, Amur Tiger, Malayan Tiger, Northern Bald Ibis, Mandrill, African Wild Dog, Baringo Giraffe, Northern White-Cheeked Gibbon, Rodrigues Flying Fox, and Przewalski's Wild Horse SSPs.
