Guess the movie

Yeah montagne gets to go. I only realised it was Clockwork Orange after I left the laptop. Of course, by then Chlidonias posted it. :(

I do post pictures, and here are some (there is an obvious theme):

How obscure are all of these films, I'm hardly getting any :o.

I have an idea of six films with an obvious theme, but in the meantime somebody will have to put an easy one up :p

Mine aren't deliberately obscure, just varying degrees of old, mostly older than you, JR

Fair point, I will admit to not knowing any of them :p

I can't complain, at least 2 of my ideas are obscure by my standards, and I think the theme could be classed as obscure unless you can get all the films :p.

I'm googling my backside off, is #1 a film called the Leopard Man?

Working on number 4 using IMDB, not much success so far :p

Edit: #3 - Zebra in the Kitchen?

Don't laugh at my guesses, I really have no idea and I'm stabbing in the dark :p

No and, no. Only two have animals in the title, including the only one that is not about big cats.

regarding movie number one, how old do you think the people playing this game are Pygathrix?! I'd be willing to bet (with pretend money ;)) that you and I are the only ones on here who even recognise the actor and actress! (Not suggesting you're that old, but you know what I mean).

Good movie by the way, even though I haven't seen it for a long time. A very long time!

They are two very famous actors, so asking parents followed by google/imdb should only take a minute!

I'll start with the clues soon if there are no takers

One picture is Natassja Kinski in Cat People filmed at the old audobon zoo in new orleans. She actually is dressed in this shot.

a bit of a slow-moving game this.

Number one is Bringing Up Baby, and number four is Two Brothers (I understand not recognising Cary Grant, but surely someone recognised that was Guy Pearce in photo four?!)

.

1, 2, and 4 correct. The woman in the barrel is a Hitchcock starlet and mother of Melanie Griffith. 5 is tough guy Burt Lancaster...

Oh I guess the woman in the barrel is from the movie I thought (I haven't seen it, but it was an assumption). If no-one else comes along in the next wee while to give it a guess then I'll answer it.

Go on and put us out of our misery. At least the photos you will post would be in this millennium so a few more of us could play along. :D

OK so nobody has turned up to play in the last hour, so I'll say the last two movies are "Roar" (Tippi Hedren in the barrel, in one of the stupidest-titled movies in history) and "The Leopard"

Do you never listen to music by dead people? Or look at buildings/mountains/paintings etc that were there before you were born? Oh you young people today....:D
