Guess the movie

Do you never listen to music by dead people? Or look at buildings/mountains/paintings etc that were there before you were born? Oh you young people today....:D

nanoboy has never even used a film-loaded camera, what else do you expect from such a young whipper-snapper?

OK so nobody has turned up to play in the last hour, so I'll say the last two movies are "Roar" (Tippi Hedren in the barrel, in one of the stupidest-titled movies in history) and "The Leopard"

All correct so it's carlos 1 and Chlidonias 4. Roar is not only stupidly titled, it is a very stupid film.

See, back in those days you really didn't have many options for entertainment, so everyone saw the one movie released at the picture theatre for the quarter. :D

Nowadays, who has time to watch ancient movies when there are so many awesome movies being released each week? :p

woot woot

Here are some more movies, ones that nanoboy may feel aren't from the Stone Age (actually I should have picked prehistoric movies, just for him :D). Maybe one of them is before his ken.

All of these are comedies. That's the theme. Ha ha etc.

Oh that's not true! I had a Canon AE-1 camera in the 80's but I never learnt to use it. :D

I never even learnt to read the film box so I used to always buy the wrong speed (?) and end up with rolls of 12. :D

In my defence, I was a child though.

It seems weird to guess so quickly but I only know three so it won't be over in a couple of minutes.

Number 2 looks like Hot Rod (I think that's what it's called). I watched it at school once. I also watched Monty Python's Holy Grail, movie number 3, in History. And number 4 is Napoleon Dynamite. :)

You know more than me. It must've helped to be alive in the 80's :). The only film camera I ever used was a disposable camera on a primary school camp.

was it actually a disposable camera, or did you just throw it away because you couldn't figure out how to download the photos from it? :D

And you got those three movies correct: Hot Rod, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and Napolean Dynamite.

Two to go.

The people at the camera shop did that for me :)

If someone else wants a turn posting pictures you've got an hour to do it or else I might take another turn.

that round only took 27 minutes before all the movies were guessed correctly....

I'll take a turn, as long as everyone is still here :)

Guess these 5 films, and the link!
