How did you manage to discover the poll before I even clicked on "submit"?

Having nominated numbers 2, 6 and 7, I now have a dilemma! Animal's orangutan photo is maybe more of a masterpiece than cute as such. Numbers 6 and 7 both depict the wonder of motherhood. I've chosen number 6 as I prefer orangutans to lions!

I would agree, but everybody seems to have different definition of "cute". It can be a "cute baby face", it can be a "cute way of doing something", you often hear people saying "cute", when an animal does something that resembles something people usually do.. like gorilla examining its nails.. (which is absolutely fine, all these pictures were nominated by ZooChatters, so.. )

Alternatively, cuteness is in the eye of the beholder.

We'll have to agree to differ on this one

My two year old grandson always identifies a certain black aquatic bird as a 'Cute'.
