Nice to see Miri is going to Germany as hsaio Ning from Monkey world is going there too. So Two girls and one german Boy.
Any further news on the Chimpanzees? Is 'Joe's half' of that (ex) Gorilla House still empty?
Do you think the last Green Mile trio will go in there?

I checked the chimps yesterday, and noddy, mongo and coco are still in the green mile. So I had just missed them last time
On the tour the guide said that the plan was to have demolished the green mile block in 3 months time.
The gorilla half of the chimp house was being chimp proofed yesterday by workmen, so hopefully that will be ready soon.

So I presume that Twycross now have, Batu, Kibirah, Maliku and Molly (Batu x Maliku)?
Also on another note, has there been a start on introductions on the Bonobo youngster into the main group?

You're correct on the orang front.
Not sure about the little bonobo. She's in the house and can see the others, but we can't see her from the viewing area
How are the developments coming along on the old Sea Lion pool for the Coati's and Bush Dogs, also the Owl Aviaries?

Chimpanzee moves
So still six chimps in the Green Mile?
Thanks for posting their 'Chimpanzee update' notices in the Twycross Gallery. It is really good to see all these moves finally happening, though some of it could(IMO) have been done years ago, even if only now do they have a completely 'new' Chimpanzee house available. But I think pressure has also been on them from the Zoo Licencing authorities regarding the Chimps still living in the Green Mile old cages which has forced them to finally take action over this at this time.
So from your previous info. it seems that the group in the 'bottom chimps' (nearest Mansion), Jambo, Flynn etc have already moved to the renovated Gorilla House. Presumably they will get access to both sides when the renovation is complete.
And that the final six(?) still living in 'Chimp Row' (how come they don't call it Green Mile too!
) will move into the 'Bottom Chimps' house to join Ricky, Louis and Choppers to make up a group of nine.
The third group in 'Top Chimps' will only have changed with the addition of 'Danny' and 'Tommy' (when they are integrated).
I did notice that none of these notices mention any future convergence of the three proposed groups into one single large one. Perhaps that is still too far ahead for them to publicise it, though I did see a new enclosure marked on the central lawn area on the latest map- I couldn't read the signage properly- does it say 'Chimpanzee Attraction.'?

Yes it does say "Chimpanzee Attraction" on the latest map.
