Twenty questions

That is not a yes or no question.

Oh yeah, sorry. Is it a Roan Antelope.
I think you may be right with giant rhinoceros but post the genus so I can be sure.

P.S. I restarted the Guess the Species (#5) thread. You're welcome. Ituri's number 4 was a Superb Bird-of-Paradise and Nisha's number 1 was a Nyala.

Thyclainealive- I don't think it is invasive.
I also share your sympathy with missing a lot with school, it's very bad for me due to time differences.

ThylacineAlive: Is your animal an Elasmotherium?

Yes but if you look up giant rhinoceros (which nanoboy guessed) Elasmotherium comes up. So I guess you both got the answer correct. The species was Elasmotherium Sibiricum but I know it would be mean to make you try to guess the exact species (although with the genus it wouldn't have been too hard). They're one of my favorite Extinct species, you know, besides the Woolly Mammoth, Saber-Toothed Cat, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Thylacine (wait, they're not Extinct!;)), Arthropuera, Ornithomimus, and the list goes on:D

Well I have a second animal if anyone wants to start guessing it.

@Dassie rat- Is it Extinct?

Hooray!

No, my animal is not a roan antelope.

@epic, is your snake native to south east Asia?

@dassie, can your bird fly?

Bushbuck? Sitatunga?

Again, I have a new animal but I'm not sure if anyone wants to start guessing just yet:D You guys need some time to recouperate?:D

No, neither bushbuck or sitatunga. It's a common zoo animal, and a few zoos in Australia have them.

Hallo ThylacineAlive

I remember Twenty Questions as a radio programme and it was 20 questions overall. I think it will be quite confusing to do 20 questions per person, espcially as there are various animals being guessed and each guesser could then wait while a Zoochatter uses up 20 questions and then use the clues to make 20 more educated guesses.

Perhaps Nanoboy can adjudicate on this one.

The bird is tropical (Q4)

He said no to Roan Antelope about 3 posts above you.

@Pootle- Is your animal a mammal?

I was away for a few days!! and reading 4 pages of this post (skim reading of course!) did make my head hurt a bit....

No, my animal is not a mammal.

@ Nanoboy, is it a Hartebeest?

It is not a hartebeest. Are there any in Australia??

It is 20 questions in total per animal. I think you guys have passed 20 so I will tell you my animal... It was a waterbuck. How difficult was that to guess? :D

@dassie rat, is your bird a parrot?

@pootle, is your animal a reptile?

I swear i was 50/50 between Waterbuck and Hartebeest!! :D (how the ell do I know if there are any in Aus or not!)

No, my animal is not a reptile either.
