New Exhibits in 2008

American zoos arent concerned with the sub-speciation of Asian elephants for the SSP. There are several females elephants that are in the SSP that belong to private owners in Perris, CA. Many of these girls lived at Los Angeles Zoo at one time, some were also imported with Billy.

I love foosa's hmm I have no idea where the captive population started from? Were they just imported from Madagascar?

Thanks kiang, are foosa popular in European zoos or are they spread here and there?

Wow, we don't hvae any in Australia I think, and I don't believe there are many in America either,

Not a lot of them in American zoos, but I have noticed their numbers increasing quite a bit lately.

Perhaps as a result of the Madagascar movie a couple of years ago?

Ah yes I remeber that the lemurs were terrified of them, went crazy scared at each chance the Foosa was mentioned, looking forward to the new one,

Is there any updates on any projects at any zoo?!
